This Salad is packed full of flavor and really doesn't need much dressing thanks to the bell peppers, mozzarella & cherry tomatoes Yum Goodness! Great served with a dinner or a quick lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 stalk romaine lettuce head
- 10 - cherry tomatoes
- 5 slices mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 1 small grated carrot
- 5 slices onion
- pinch golden raisins
- - vinaigrette dressing
- 5-10 - green olives
How To Make cherry tomato & mozzarella salad

Step 1Wash & Rinse Spin Lettuce. Tear lettuce into strips. peel & Wash carrot then grate. Cube cut Mozzarella. Dice bell peppers, tomatoes, w/cilantro.

Step 2top w/ grated Parmesan, Romano. Whole cherry tomatoes & Vinegrette

Step 3serve w/ Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Triscuits
