low fat b b q. sauce
1 tsp
fresh thyme
1 tsp
soy sauce lite
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil

How to Make EDDIE'S TURKEY SLOPPY JOE'S

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Add ground turkey, minced onion, julieanned carrot, and julieanned apple turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  • 2After 5 minutes add bbq. sauce, soy sauce and stir 1 minute.
  • 3After 1 minute add thyme and salt and pepper to taste
  • 4Serve on Ciabatta rolls
