low fat b b q. sauce
soy sauce lite
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make
Heat large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Add ground turkey, minced onion, julieanned carrot, and julieanned apple turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add bbq. sauce, soy sauce and stir 1 minute.
After 1 minute add thyme and salt and pepper to taste
Serve on Ciabatta rolls
