- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
How To Make eddie's turkey sloppy joe's

Step 1Heat large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Add ground turkey, minced onion, julieanned carrot, and julieanned apple turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 2After 5 minutes add bbq. sauce, soy sauce and stir 1 minute.

Step 3After 1 minute add thyme and salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Serve on Ciabatta rolls
