anyone that lover sloppy joe's will like this it's healthy, low fat and it's packed with flavor.

serves 4 TO 5 SERVINGS

method Stove Top

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 sm
    onion minced
  • 1
    carrot julieanned
  • 1 sm
    apple julieanned
  • 1 1/2 c
    low fat b b q. sauce
  • 1 tsp
    fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce lite
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make

  • 1
    Heat large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Add ground turkey, minced onion, julieanned carrot, and julieanned apple turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes add bbq. sauce, soy sauce and stir 1 minute.

    After 1 minute add thyme and salt and pepper to taste

    Serve on Ciabatta rolls
