Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 small
    onion minced
  • 1
    carrot julieanned
  • 1 small
    apple julieanned
  • 1 1/2 c
    low fat b b q. sauce
  • 1 tsp
    fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce lite
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make EDDIE'S TURKEY SLOPPY JOE'S

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Add ground turkey, minced onion, julieanned carrot, and julieanned apple turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes add bbq. sauce, soy sauce and stir 1 minute.
  3. After 1 minute add thyme and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Serve on Ciabatta rolls
