Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 - kalamata (greek) olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
How To Make shrimp with tomatoes and feta

Step 1Warm oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in tomatoes and olives. Heat until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened (about 10 minutes).

Step 2Add shrimp and cook, stirring until shrimp are pink (about 5 minutes).

Step 3Divide cooked ingredients among four plates and top with feta and oregano just before serving. Serve hot.
