water
2 Tbsp
ketchup
1 Tbsp
light soy sauce
2 tsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
honey
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper, or more for more heat
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
1/4 c
sliced scallions
4 tsp
jarred minced garlic in oil
12 oz
cooked medium shrimp

How to Make Quick szechuan shrimp

Step-by-Step

  • 1In bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Stir in scallions and garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • 2Stir in shrimp and sauce. Cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
