- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or more for more heat
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 4 teaspoons jarred minced garlic in oil
- 12 ounces cooked medium shrimp
How To Make quick szechuan shrimp

Step 1In bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Stir in scallions and garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.

Step 2Stir in shrimp and sauce. Cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
