Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or more for more heat
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 4 teaspoons jarred minced garlic in oil
  • 12 ounces cooked medium shrimp

How To Make quick szechuan shrimp

  • Step 1
    In bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Stir in scallions and garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Stir in shrimp and sauce. Cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
