  • 3
    hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    mustard/mayonaise sauce commercial
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3
    hamburger buns split and toasted
  • 1 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese

How to Make Summer Tuna Melt Sandwiches


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Spread mayonaisse evenly on cut sides of burger buns; top each half with tuna mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Broil sandwiches 6 inches from heat until cheese melts 6 sevings ummmmmmm.
