A sweet and salty "twist" on ordinary bacon. A wonderful addition to any breakfast buffet yet easy enough for every day... my kind of recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound hickory or applewood smoked bacon (black pepper bacon is also good)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
How To Make sweet & salty caramelized bacon twists (easy)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cut length of bacon in half. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Dip bacon in sugar mixture and twist. Place on parchment or foil lined baking sheet.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
