Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can pineapple chunks in syrup, drained, syrup reserved
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 can yams, drained, cut into 1" cubes
- 4 - pork loin chips, 1/2"-thick
How To Make sweet island pork chops

Step 1In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and peppr. Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat.

Step 2Brown chops 5 mins each side. In bowl, combine reserved pineapple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour mix over chops, stir.

Step 3Reduce heat to low. Add pineapple chunks and yams. Cover, simmer 10 mins, or until heated through.
