My children are used to me baking, grilling, and broiling most all meats, I'm 51, them, not so much. So I slid off track and fixed these today. Buttered rice, and limas, cooked in onion, garlic, and chicken stock completed our meal, now say grace and dig in!!

Ingredients
- 7 large blade pork chops
- 2 tablespoons accent, optional
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons emeril originally essence
- 2 tablespoons a-1 mesquite grill seasonings
- - oil for frying

Step 1Season chops on both sides, allow them to sit between 10-20 minutes.

Step 2Dreg in flour of choice (I use whole wheat or panko). Fry to a crispy, golden brown on both sides. Don't over cook, we don't want dry chops.
