2 tspdried sage
·all purpose flour
·salt and pepper to taste
1-2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 largeonion, sliced or chopped
1 can(s)(10 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
8 ozsour cream
How to Make PORK CHOPS IN CHEESE SAUCE
- In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup with sour cream and mix well. If too thick, add water until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour sauce over pork chops and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook 1-1/2 hours. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
