Ingredients

  • 6 - pork chops, double-thick
  • 1(11oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 - whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

How To Make orange pork chops

  • Step 1
    Brown pork on both sides in large skillet.Add drained oranges to skillet,reserving juice.
  • Step 2
    Combine the juice with remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops.Cover and simmer gently until chops are done.(about 45 minutes).
  • Step 3
    Serve on rice or pasta
