Ingredients

  • 6
    pork chops, double-thick
  • 1(11oz.) can(s)
    mandarin oranges
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3
    whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar

How to Make Orange Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown pork on both sides in large skillet.Add drained oranges to skillet,reserving juice.
  2. Combine the juice with remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops.Cover and simmer gently until chops are done.(about 45 minutes).
  3. Serve on rice or pasta
