Orange chili Glazed Pork Tenderloin
1 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
3 tspchili powder
1/4 plus cwater 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons( add enough to make a nice gravy consistency)
3 Tbsptomato paste
2 Tbsporange juice concentrate
1 pinchof salt
1-2 lbpork tenderloin
1 clovegarlic pressed
How to Make Orange chili Glazed Pork Tenderloin
- Pre heat oven to 425 degree's
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Trim the fat from the Tenderloin.
- Place Pork Tenderloin in a foil lined 13x9 inch pan.
Pour half of glaze mixture over the Tenderloin. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- After 15 minutes is up. Pour the rest of the glaze over the pork. Bake another 15 minutes,or until pork is cooked,and thermometer reaches 160 degree's internal temperature.
