orange chili glazed pork tenderloin

Cutting the fat. This is a delicious quick dish. It has 4 grams of fat and only 10 carbs per serving. Pork Tenderloin is very lean,and delicious.. This recipe has the flavors of orange,and the essence of chili. If I can eat lower fat dishes. I don't feel bad eating high fat from time to time. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon splenda
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 plus cup water 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons( add enough to make a nice gravy consistency)
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1-2 pound pork tenderloin
  • dash pepper
  • 1 clove garlic pressed

How To Make orange chili glazed pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven to 425 degree's
  • Step 2
    Combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Trim the fat from the Tenderloin.
  • Step 3
    Place Pork Tenderloin in a foil lined 13x9 inch pan. Pour half of glaze mixture over the Tenderloin. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    After 15 minutes is up. Pour the rest of the glaze over the pork. Bake another 15 minutes,or until pork is cooked,and thermometer reaches 160 degree's internal temperature.
