hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp
seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp
fresh ginger, grated
1 1/2 tsp
fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp
chili paste with garlic
1 clove
garlic, minced
(1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
cooking spray

How to Make Hoisin Glazed Pork


  • 1Prepare grill.
  • 2Combine hoisin sauce and next 7 ingredients (hoisin through garlic) in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
  • 3Slice pork lengthwise, but not through to the other side.

    Open halves, laying pork flat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.

    Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cook 5 minutes. Turn and baste pork with hoisin mixture; cook 5 minutes. Turn and baste pork again with more hoisin mixture; cook 5 more minutes or until pork reaches 155°.

    **Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.**
