1/3 choisin sauce

2 Tbspseasoned rice vinegar

2 Tbspbourbon

2 Tbspmaple syrup

1 1/2 tspfresh ginger, grated

1 1/2 tspfresh lime juice

1/2 tspchili paste with garlic

1 clovegarlic, minced

2(1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper

How to Make Hoisin Glazed Pork
- Prepare grill.
- Combine hoisin sauce and next 7 ingredients (hoisin through garlic) in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
- Slice pork lengthwise, but not through to the other side.
Open halves, laying pork flat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cook 5 minutes. Turn and baste pork with hoisin mixture; cook 5 minutes. Turn and baste pork again with more hoisin mixture; cook 5 more minutes or until pork reaches 155°.
**Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.**
