Ingredients
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (28 oz.) frozen o'brien potatoes
- 8 ounces velveeta process cheese, cubed
- 1-1/4 cup cubed fully cooked ham
How To Make ham & cheese potato extraordinaire

Step 1In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, water, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in potatoes, cheese and ham.

Step 2Transfer to a greased 11x7" baking dish. Bake in a preheated 375º oven, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
