- 2 pounds 80% ground beef
- 1 pound ground sausage - hot ( the beef will mellow out the " heat " )
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika - hot
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon course sea salt

Step 1Combine the beef, sausage, and spices all together.
