The Smoked Hot One!!!!

NOTE: Cook time is using a Smoker, and smoking the burgers at 200 degrees.

Ingredients

2 lb
80% ground beef
1 lb
ground sausage - hot ( the beef will mellow out the " heat " )
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
paprika - hot
1 tsp
fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp
course sea salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine the beef, sausage, and spices all together.
2Make 8 to 10 1 inch thick patties and place in Smoker and cook for at least 30 to 40 minutes at 200 degrees...
3Enjoy !!!!
