Here is Number 7... The Smoked Hot One!!!! Hope You all enjoy! NOTE: Cook time is using a Smoker, and smoking the burgers at 200 degrees.

Ingredients For fireman bob's fire house burger # 7 the hot one!!!

  • 2 lb
    80% ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground sausage - hot ( the beef will mellow out the " heat " )
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika - hot
  • 1 tsp
    fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    course sea salt

    Combine the beef, sausage, and spices all together.

    Make 8 to 10 1 inch thick patties and place in Smoker and cook for at least 30 to 40 minutes at 200 degrees...
