FABULOUS HONEY-PECAN PORK CHOPS

2boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2" thick
3 Tbspall purpose flour
1/4 tspeach salt and pepper
2 Tbspeach butter and honey
2 Tbspcoarsely chopped pecans
How to Make FABULOUS HONEY-PECAN PORK CHOPS
- Pound the pork chops with a meat mallet to flatten slightly. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip chops in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess.
- In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 5 minutes on each side to brown. Reduce heat and cover; simmer for 30 minutes more until pork chops are tender.
- Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm. Add honey and pecans to same skillet (you might need a little more butter); heat through, stirring to loosen browned bits. Serve with pork.
