Ingredients
- 2 - boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2" thick
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons each butter and honey
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans
How To Make fabulous honey-pecan pork chops

Step 1Pound the pork chops with a meat mallet to flatten slightly. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip chops in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess.

Step 2In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 5 minutes on each side to brown. Reduce heat and cover; simmer for 30 minutes more until pork chops are tender.

Step 3Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm. Add honey and pecans to same skillet (you might need a little more butter); heat through, stirring to loosen browned bits. Serve with pork.
