Ingredients
- GRIND PORK'S (2) TIMES THRU SAUSAGE GRINDER
- 6 pounds lean pork
- 3 pounds pork fat
- ADD: REMAINING INGREDIENTS, & MIX WELL,
- 4 tablespoons sage
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cloves
- 2 teaspoons mace
- 1 - whole nutmeg (grated)
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- RUN THRU GRINDER ONCE AGAIN.

Step 1Follow Directions ABOVE in These Ingredients & MIX WELL!

Step 2Shape into Patties, Not too Thick, Flatten Nicely. Place on Baking Sheets, FREEZE, Then Place in Freezer Bags & Seal (I use Vacuum Sealing as in Seal a meal) Label & Date all Pkgs.

Step 3Remove from Freezer, Thaw, Then Fry until Browned on both sides. Enjoy for Breakfast.
