This dish is interesting and unique, a new way to use cabbage and bacon, two of my food faves. Also very little prep time and you don't have to heat up the kitchen by using the oven. Awesome!

How to Make CREAMY SKILLET CABBAGE WITH BACON

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet heat dressing over medium-high heat. Add bacon and onion; stir. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until bacon is cooked and onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add cabbage and broth; stir. Cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is wilted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in sour cream and top with peanuts.

NOTE: I would reheat after adding sour cream, before adding peanuts.
