I found this recipe a couple of years ago and forgot about it. I plan to make it this week. The garlic and the rosemary are new and different for me to use with pork. Can't wait to taste it! 07-28-14

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork loin roast
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 - red potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 10 ounces philadelphia cooking creme in savory garlic

How To Make creamy garlic pork roast

  • Step 1
    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Salt and pepper the roast on both sides. Place in skillet and sear on all sides over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Quarter the potatoes and onion. Add potatoes, carrots and onion to the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the seared pork roast on top.
  • Step 3
    In a bowl combine cream of chicken soup, rosemary, and the Philadelphia cooking creme. Pour over the roast and vegetables.
  • Step 4
    Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Cut roast into thin slices, serve over vegetables with the creamy sauce on top.
