Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork, cut in strips or cubs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 -15 ounce can chunk pineapple
- 1/2 cup dark karo syruo or sorghum molasses
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 or 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sweet green peppers
How To Make chinese dinner ( sweet and sour pork )

Step 1Heat oil in skillet. Dredge pork in flour. Brown in skillet. Finish pork in 350 degree oven until done, but not over done.

Step 2Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil, about 10 minutes.

Step 3Mix cornstarch with a little water. Add to mixture, bring to a boil in 2 cups water.

Step 4Add 1 cup rice cover turn heat to low, cook 20 minutes.

Step 5Serve the sweet and sour sauce and pork over stir-fry vegetables.
