baked hot ham and cheese buns

Another quick and easy hot sandwich when time is short, but you want something hot and satisfying. We love to take these to cool fall football games or other sporting events. Make up a batch early in the day and pop in the oven for a quick, easy meal with no dishes to clean up. Great when time is short!

Ingredients

  • 2 - cups chopped ham (i use my food processor)
  • 1 - cup shredded american or cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 - tb. pickle relish, drained
  • 1 - tb. finely chopped onion
  • 2 - tb. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 - tsp. yellow mustard
  • 8 - hamburger or rye buns

How To Make baked hot ham and cheese buns

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Fill buns with mixture. Wrap individually in tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until hot.
