This is good hot or cold but if serving cold only use my fresh Mexican Salsa.

Ingredients

1 pkg
fresh broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
handful of spaghetti
3
garlic segments
3
spring onion tops
salt n pepper if desired

How to Make Vegetarian Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  • 1Steam fresh vegetables approx 5 min. Heat water to boil and cover the pasta. Add spaghetti cook approx. 12-15 min. remove by poring through strainer and stop cooking by running cool water over the drained spaghetti. Set aside.
  • 2Place onto serving plate Spoon my Fresh tomato sauce over top and serve.
    Optional: grated Parmesan.
  • 3Another idea that's quick and easy...Boil Tomato sauce that has tomato purée, and Italian ingredients in it. Such as garlic, onions, oregano, red peppers. Add garlic that's squeezed through a press and cook the flavor into the sauce. For a delicious flavorful dish. Pour Sauce onto pasta then add my fresh Mexican Tomato Salsa and top w/ chives.
