This is good hot or cold but if serving cold only use my fresh Mexican Salsa.

Ingredients
- 1 package fresh broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
- - handful of spaghetti
- 3 - garlic segments
- 3 - spring onion tops
- - salt n pepper if desired
How To Make vegetarian stir fry

Step 1Steam fresh vegetables approx 5 min. Heat water to boil and cover the pasta. Add spaghetti cook approx. 12-15 min. remove by poring through strainer and stop cooking by running cool water over the drained spaghetti. Set aside.

Step 2Place onto serving plate Spoon my Fresh tomato sauce over top and serve. Optional: grated Parmesan.

Step 3Another idea that's quick and easy...Boil Tomato sauce that has tomato purée, and Italian ingredients in it. Such as garlic, onions, oregano, red peppers. Add garlic that's squeezed through a press and cook the flavor into the sauce. For a delicious flavorful dish. Pour Sauce onto pasta then add my fresh Mexican Tomato Salsa and top w/ chives.
