2 cheavy cream
1/2 cgrated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
1/2 ccubed taleggio cheese
1/4 cmascarpone cheese
6 cbaby spinach
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make TORTELLINI WITH FOUR-CHEESE ALFREDO SAUCE
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, add 1 pound tortellini pasta and cook as the label directs, stirring occasionally.
- Melt butter over medium heat; whisk in cream and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer. Add cooked, drained pasta and toss, adding up to 1/2 cup pasta water if needed.
- Stir in the four cheeses and add baby spinach. Stir until spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
