- 200 grams thin spaghetti
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- - parmesan cheese to serve
How To Make skinny spaghetti

Step 1Cook pasta according to pkg. directions andleave in water until ready to use. In a large bowl, combine parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Lift the wet pasta from the water and add to the bowl with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss together until well coated. Add tomatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan cheese to serve.
