- 8 ounces low carb fettuccini pasta

Step 1In a medium bowl combine tomatoes,onion,zest, salt,and pepper. Let sit at room temperature at least 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to package direction. Drain and toss with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with feta. Serve warm or at room temperature.
