Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    pasta of choice
  • 1 can(s)
    (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 medium
    yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 clove
    garlic, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/3 c
    firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 pkg
    (6 oz.) baby spinach
  • ·
    freshly grated parmesan cheese

How to Make ONE POT PASTA WITH TOMATO-BASIL SAUCE

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the first nine ingredients in a Dutch oven in the order of ingredient list. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is slightly al dente, stirring every 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in spinach. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Stir just before serving. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
