This is a recipe I made for my son Kyle's 1 year Birthday he is 5 years now I use diced tomatoes with basil etc..think name brand is Redpack if using other I season with Italian seasoning,oregano,basil,sometimes garlic,onion powder,salt,pepper,the first time I had this was at my best friends home she has past on at 38 years she's been gone 2 years now this is a meal we enjoyed as well together(Kyle still dislikes tomatoes,but has a everything for growing them)

Ingredients For homemade macaroni and cheese

  • 2 box
    elbow macaroni, cooked or rigatoni
  • 2-4 can
    tomato/with juice diced,or whole spiced or plain
  • 2 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded(4 cup) bags
  • 1-2
    disposable pans i use 2 for above or lasagna pans

How To Make homemade macaroni and cheese

    Cook pasta per box directions,drain divide in half for 2 pans add tomatoes with juice(if using whole peeled use kitchen shears to cut in quarters) add shredded cheese 4 cups per pan.

    Bake 350 45 mins-1hour with foil on take foil off for Browning

    * can also add other ingredients,like bacon,different types of cheese,veggies,meats,eggs,different pasta,rice
