Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked linguine pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 jar ( small ) artichokes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsely, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 bunches shallots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 jar ( small ) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper or to taste
- - course sea salt to taste
How To Make fireman bob's special non " meat man " linguine !!

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine and 1 tablespoon olive oil, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until aldente, and drain.

Step 2Melt butter and add oil in a large skillet, stir in garlic, shallots, cayenne pepper, mushrooms, and cook until golden brown.

Step 3Mix in remaining thyme, parsley, artichokes, and roasted red peppers.

Step 4Continue to cook and stir until heated through.

Step 5Serve over the cooked pasta, and sprinkle with cilantro.
