Alright... So You all can rest at ease... I am NOT all " Meat and Heat " !!! This is a special dish for Areatha! Hope You enjoy Areatha!!! Hope YOU ALL ENJOY!!! Fireman Bob :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound uncooked linguine pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 jar ( small ) artichokes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsely, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 bunches shallots, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 jar ( small ) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper or to taste
  • - course sea salt to taste

How To Make fireman bob's special non " meat man " linguine !!

  • Step 1
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine and 1 tablespoon olive oil, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until aldente, and drain.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter and add oil in a large skillet, stir in garlic, shallots, cayenne pepper, mushrooms, and cook until golden brown.
  • Step 3
    Mix in remaining thyme, parsley, artichokes, and roasted red peppers.
  • Step 4
    Continue to cook and stir until heated through.
  • Step 5
    Serve over the cooked pasta, and sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Step 6
    ENJOY !!!!
