Ingredients
- 1 pound angus beef - lean
- 16 ounces cream cheese - softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup red onion - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt - or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon course sea salt - or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper - or to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh dill - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - ( optional )
- 6 slices smoked bacon - crispy and crumbled
- 1 pound angle hair pasta
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 pound browned butter
How To Make fireman bob's special extravaganza

Step 1Place olive oil in boiling water and cook angel hair pasta per package directions, set aside Cook bacon in large skillet till crispy, and crumble, set aside

Step 2Place beef, onion, garlic salt, and dill in skillet with bacon grease and sauté till beef is browned, set aside Brown the butter and after draining the pasta, place in Large Dutch Oven or skillet and pour browned butter over pasta

Step 3Combine sour cream, cream cheese, course sea salt, and pepper, mix thoroughly, set aside

Step 4In large Dutch Oven, or skillet, combine everything together and place in oven and cook for 30 minutes Serve with a good Crusty Bread...
