What Cajun/Creole is, a blending of flavors in a way that they meld or marry each other into a symphony of flavor, NOT HEAT :)
Do try my recipes I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy them as much as myself and others do. This is a Style of cooking not throwing hot to some ingredients, Huge difference.

How to Make What Cajun/Creole ISN'T
- Do not over season with pepper!
- Do, marry the flavors of the ingredients!
- Make David's perfect rice to go with all Cajun/Creole dishes :)
