supervisor liver and onions
This recipe was taught to me by my supervisor when I worked in a nursing home, never liked liver before that,have been making this way ever since and that was 39 years ago. Every time I make this I think of that wonderful lady who has since passed. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef liver
- 1 large onion( cut in rings)
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 bag flour, seasoned
How To Make supervisor liver and onions

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2sauté pan with 3 tablespoons oil.

Step 3(seasoned flour) salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, and paprika

Step 4dredge liver in seasoned salt brown on both sides place in baking dish.

Step 5cover liver with onion rings, mix soups with water pour over liver and onions. Bake for 1 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve
