This recipe was taught to me by my supervisor when I worked in a nursing home, never liked liver before that,have been making this way ever since and that was 39 years ago. Every time I make this I think of that wonderful lady who has since passed. Enjoy.

1 lb
beef liver
1 large
onion( cut in rings)
2 can(s)
mushroom soup
1 can(s)
water
1 bag(s)
flour, seasoned

How to Make Supervisor Liver and Onions

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2sauté pan with 3 tablespoons oil.
  • 3(seasoned flour) salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, and paprika
  • 4dredge liver in seasoned salt brown on both sides place in baking dish.
  • 5cover liver with onion rings, mix soups with water pour over liver and onions. Bake for 1 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve
