This is a recipe I put together, testing to see if I could make something from just "Whole Clean Food". I had never cooked Quinoa before, and kale was an Item I thought was "just for show". Well, I've been telling you all; I have to make the change to Clean Cooking and Eating. This was my first attempt.
I adore Indian food, and most of it's cooking is clean. I thought way not try Indian spices as well.
My family really enjoyed the meal too.
