guinness-braised short ribs
I have not tried this particular recipe YET. I will try it around St. Patrick's Day. This recipe comes from my hometown newspaper "The Winnipeg Free Press" from the column "Recipe Swap" . I always make an Irish stew for St. Patrick's Day. My husband and his family are half Irish. I hope you give this recipe a try.
