I got a recipe for greek spinach pies from a greek friend, and decided to make it even easier to make. I came up w/ these wedges of deliciousness! Great for a light lunch or dinner, or even a brunch. Calories: 251 Fat: 42 grams Carbs: 33 grams

Ingredients
- 10 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 ounces crumbled low-fat feta cheese
- 3/4 cup skim evaporated milk
- 8 - egg whites
- 2 - 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squezzed dry.
How To Make greek spinach wedges

Step 1Form dough into a ball. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a pizza pan w/ cooking spray, preferable olive oil cooking spray. On floured surface flatten dough, roll out to 12" circle.

Step 2Spray lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and basil. cook 4 mins. In bowl, beat cottage and feta cheeses. Beat in milk and egg whites until combined. Stir in onion mix and spinach.

Step 3Pour mix over dough, bake 1 hr, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly, cut into wedges.
