Greek spinach wedges

10 ozrefrigerated pizza dough
1 smallonion, chopped
1 tspminced garlic
1/2 tspdried basil
3/4 clow-fat cottage cheese
4 ozcrumbled low-fat feta cheese
3/4 cskim evaporated milk
210 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squezzed dry.
How to Make Greek spinach wedges
- Form dough into a ball. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a pizza pan w/ cooking spray, preferable olive oil cooking spray. On floured surface flatten dough, roll out to 12" circle.
- Spray lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and basil. cook 4 mins. In bowl, beat cottage and feta cheeses. Beat in milk and egg whites until combined. Stir in onion mix and spinach.
- Pour mix over dough, bake 1 hr, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly, cut into wedges.
