drive-in maidrite
This Drive-In was in my home town it was only open from April to October the same people ran it from 1957 to 1976 this was their signature maid-rite recipe. It was a secret recipe everyone wanted my mother worked there for 10 years and she never told. In 2007 one of the decendants put it in the towns heritage cookbook. This recipe is still used today. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds groundbeef(browned)
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup onions(chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups celery(diced)
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 bottle ketchup(heinz)
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Step 1Mix all ingredience in roaster- bake for thirty minutes at 350 degrees. serve
