darn good chili

I've added shredded beef or pieces of steak to this chili but it's just as good without it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 package pinto beans
- 2 large onions
- 3 medium bell peppers
- 5 - green chilis
- 1/2 - head garlic
- 2 cans sliced tomatoes and chiles
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Dashes - cayenne pepper
- Dashes - blk pepper
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- Dashes - dried minced garlic seasoning
- Dashes - dried minced onion seasoning
- Dashes - cumin
- Dashes - red chili pepper
- - sriracha hot chili sauce
- OPTIONAL:
- - steak pieces or shredded beef
How To Make darn good chili

Step 1wash, rinse, sort beans then hot soak for an hr. Or so. Remove any loose skins.

Step 2Cook on medium heat 3-4 hrs replenishing water throughout the process.

Step 3Add seasonings Then rough chop onions, cover your hands with plastic bag or rubber gloves slice peppers diagonally removing the white & seeds then dice garlic & hot peppers, chop bell peppers. Add to beans cook 25 min. Stirring throughout cooking.

Step 4Add cans of tomatoes, and hot chili sauce to taste. Simmer until ready to serve up a chunky & hearty bowl of chili with your favorite side of bread or crackers. Top with shredded cheese & sour cream.
