Ingredients

  • 1 - egg
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ounce cottage cheese, lowfat
  • - vegetable cooking spray

How To Make cottage cheese omelet

  • Step 1
    Combine egg, eggwhites,water and seasonings in a small bowl, stirring well. next, Coat a medium-sized skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. Pour egg mixture into pan. As egg mixture starts to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with a spatula, and tilt pan so that uncooked portion flows under neath. when egg mixture is almost set, spoon cottage cheese over half the omelet; continue cooking until eggs are set. next, loosen omelet with a spatula, and fold in half; slide onto serving platter, and serve right away.
