Wash the greens and spin dry. Place the greens on 1 or 2 salad plates (or a large serving platter.)
2Divide and arrange the remaining ingredients onto the plate(s) or platter, ending with a garnish of fresh parsley (or basil),a sprinkle of paprika and lemon wedges. Decorate the pita triangles around the edge of the plate.
