Ingredients
- 1/4 medium cucumber
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small bowl of fresh organic spinach leaves
- 7 medium strawberries
- Dashes - mango chipotle salad dressing
How To Make no fuss baby lettuce salad

Step 1Rinse & spin dry Baby lettuces

Step 2slice leaves from strawberries.

Step 3Diagonally cut tomato into cubes

Step 4Slice & cube cucumber into sm bite size.

Step 5Plate center of serving plate with lettuces. Scatter tomato & cucumber atop. place whole strawberries to surround. Drizzle sparingly the mango chipotle dressing and enjoy.

Step 6OPTIONAL: Possible Additions Include... Sliced Mushrooms, Olives, dried bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, slices of sweet red onion. Nuts & dried cranberries.
