Ingredients

  • 1 can pink salmon
  • 1 1/2 cups instant minute rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 - eggs
  • - margarine or butter for frying

How To Make salmon burgers

  • Step 1
    Bring water to boil, add rice and cover. Take off of the burner and let rice swell up. Meanwhile, remove salmon from can and debone, and take off any loose flesh. Crumble in a large bowl. Add: salt & pepper, eggs, and cooled rice. Heat fat in a skillet and place formed "burgers" in the skillet. Fry till golden brown and then turn browning the other side. Transfer to another dish and continue to fry remaining burgers. Enjoy!!

    Note: If mixture is too dry, add another egg to mixture.
