1Melt butter and add the honey,lime juice, and lemon pepper seasoning.
You will use 1/3 of it on the fish ten minutes before they are done cooking, 1/3 when they come out to glaze over them. and the last 1/3 will be put on the coooked carrots just before serving.
2Sprinkle a little lemon pepper seasoning over the fish and put in oven on 375 for 15 minutes and then put 1/3 of sauce on the fish and finish cooking.
once the fish is done put 1/3 of sauce on the fish just before serving and microwave 1 minute to heat.
3cook the carrots by boiling them until done and use last 1/3 of sauce to put on carrots. toss and serve.
