Ingredients
- MAHI MAHI
- 1 pound mahi mahi filets
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- GLAZED CARROTS
- 1/2 small bag baby carrots
How To Make diet-honey lime glazed mahi-mahi & glazed carrots

Step 1Melt butter and add the honey,lime juice, and lemon pepper seasoning. You will use 1/3 of it on the fish ten minutes before they are done cooking, 1/3 when they come out to glaze over them. and the last 1/3 will be put on the coooked carrots just before serving.

Step 2Sprinkle a little lemon pepper seasoning over the fish and put in oven on 375 for 15 minutes and then put 1/3 of sauce on the fish and finish cooking. once the fish is done put 1/3 of sauce on the fish just before serving and microwave 1 minute to heat.

Step 3cook the carrots by boiling them until done and use last 1/3 of sauce to put on carrots. toss and serve.
