Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken thighs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 can sliced pinapple
  • - salt, pepper to taste

How To Make tropical chicken

  • Step 1
    Season the chicken and fry until lightly brown. Orange the pineapple in a casserole dish. Pour the chicken over the pineapple.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix chicken soup and coffee. Spread over the chicken
  • Step 3
    Bake in a preheated oven to 375 F for 35-40 minutes. Serve on coconut rice.
