3 largechicken breasts
1 jar(s)peach preserves
18 ozsweet baby ray's sweet & spicy bbq sauce or bbq sauce of your choice
2 Tbspcanola oil
How to Make Spicy Peach Chicken
- Rinse and pat dry your chicken breasts, and sprinkle with salt, pepper & onion powder. Brown in a hot/oiled pan. Place in slow-cooker on low for 2 and a half hours. Mix together the peach preserves & bbq sauce. After 2.5 hours,remove the chicken,drain the pot,replace the chicken and pour the sauce mixture over top.
- Cook on low for 1 additional hour. Easy peasy,tender and flavorful chicken. Just serve with a veggie(I chose green beans)and some rice for a delicious dinner with a kick! Plus, the kiddo loved it. I just love when he cleans his plate!
