- 1 / 2 cups mushrooms, thin sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, or 1/ 2 dried
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 ounces chopped kale
- 6 ounces smoked chicken, chopped to bite-sized pieces
- 1&1 / 2 cups wild rice, cooked

Step 1Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add onion and salt. Cook stirring occasionally over medium low heat until onions begin to carmelize. 20 - 25 minutes.
