How to Make Simply roasted lemon chicken
- In small bowl, combine salt, mustard, garlic and pepper. Rinse chicken and pat dry, remove giblets. Place chicken in a 9" x13" baking pan.
- Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp salt mix inside of chicken. Rub remaining salt mix on outside of chicken. Squeeze lemons into a small bowl, mix lemon and oil. Drizzle over chicken.
- Bake 1-1/2 hrs or until juices run clear. Baste w/ oil and lemon through out cooking.
