This is a nice Chicken dinner to make , little work with it . just pop into the oven and leave to cook for a hour and half .. The pork stuffing just compliments everything ..

Ingredients

  • 1 - meduim chicken
  • 6 ounces ground pork
  • 1 cup 50g bread crumds
  • 1 - small onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 stick 100g butter
  • - parsley flakes to garnish

How To Make roast chicken witrh pork, onion and sage stuffing

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 180c/350f . Mix the pork, breadcrumbs, onions, and stage. Season with salt and pepper and stuff into the cavity of the chicken..
  • Step 2
    Smear the chicken with butter ,sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper and place in a roasting tin . Roast the chicken for 1- 1/2 hours , blasting with the juices every 30 minutes . Then when the time is up check the chicken with a skewer , insert into the thickest part of the thigh and the juices should run clear ..sprinkle some parley over the top ..
