How to Make Roast Chicken witrh pork, onion and sage stuffing
- Smear the chicken with butter ,sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper and place in a roasting tin . Roast the chicken for 1- 1/2 hours , blasting with the juices every 30 minutes . Then when the time is up check the chicken with a skewer , insert into the thickest part of the thigh and the juices should run clear ..sprinkle some parley over the top ..
