Ingredients

1frying chicken 3 to 3 1/2 lbs .cut up

1egg
-
2 Tbspmilk
-
1 cinstant potatoes ( flaked )
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1/4 cbutter
How to Make JANET'S CRISPY CRUSTY BAKED CHICKEN
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash chicken pieces, pat dry and set aside.
- Beat egg and milk in a bowl.
- In another bowl mix potato flakes and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll chicken first in egg mixture, then potato mixture
- Melt butter in a shallow baking pan. Roll coated chicken pieces in butter then place skin side up in the pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until juices from thighs run clear when pierced with a fork.
