I decided it was time to make some changes to my diet. I love good food (who on this site doesn't right?) Breakfast sausage is a real treat. Now you can serve it to your family more often and feel good about the ingredients. This recipe saves a ton of calories!

How to Make Healthy Homemade Breakfast Sausage

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients until very well blended by using your hands or a mixer.
  • 2Separate into patties or use in your favorite recipes containing sausage. To keep calories low use cooking spray instead of oils to cook your sausage.
