Ingredients

  • 8 - 2 1/2 ounce skinned, boned chicken halves
  • 1 - 10oz package frozen package chopped broccoli
  • - vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/4 - 10 1/4ounce can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 - 10 1/4 ounce can cream of potato soup undiluted
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

How To Make healthy chicken divan

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken and water to cover in a large saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done; drain well. chop chicken, and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well. Arrange broccoli in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, and top with chicken.
  • Step 3
    Combine soups, milk, and lemon juice, stirring to blend; pour over chicken add broccoli. sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 350f for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and serve
