Healthy Chicken Divan

82 1/2 ounce skinned, boned chicken halves

110oz package frozen package chopped broccoli

1/410 1/4ounce can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1/410 1/4 ounce can cream of potato soup undiluted

1/2 cskim milk

1 1/2 tsplemon juice

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make Healthy Chicken Divan
- Combine chicken and water to cover in a large saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done; drain well. chop chicken, and set aside.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well. Arrange broccoli in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, and top with chicken.
- Combine soups, milk, and lemon juice, stirring to blend; pour over chicken add broccoli. sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 350f for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and serve
