How to Make Healthy buffalo chicken nuggets
1Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper.
2In another bowl add chicken and hot sauce, toss to coat. Place chicken, one at a time into bread crumb mix, roll to coat evenly.
3Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, Turn chicken over and bake 8-10 mins more.
