- 1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs, like 4c
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
How To Make healthy buffalo chicken nuggets

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper.

Step 2In another bowl add chicken and hot sauce, toss to coat. Place chicken, one at a time into bread crumb mix, roll to coat evenly.

Step 3Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, Turn chicken over and bake 8-10 mins more.
