whole wheat bread crumbs, like 4c
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tsp
pepper
8 oz
chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp
hot sauce

How to Make Healthy buffalo chicken nuggets

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper.
  • 2In another bowl add chicken and hot sauce, toss to coat. Place chicken, one at a time into bread crumb mix, roll to coat evenly.
  • 3Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, Turn chicken over and bake 8-10 mins more.
