Ingredients

  • 1/3 c
    whole wheat bread crumbs, like 4c
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 oz
    chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce

How to Make Healthy buffalo chicken nuggets

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper.
  2. In another bowl add chicken and hot sauce, toss to coat. Place chicken, one at a time into bread crumb mix, roll to coat evenly.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, Turn chicken over and bake 8-10 mins more.
