Ingredients

  • 1/2 large seedless orange, cut into chunks, unpeeled
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 8 - pieces chicken, like legs, drumsticks, etc

How To Make grilled orange-rosemary chicken

  • Step 1
    In blender, combine orange, rosemary, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until cut into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    Place in lg ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag. Refrigerate/marinate overnight.
  • Step 3
    Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade, place on grill. Cook, turning often, until cooked through, 20-30 mins.
