Ingredients

  • 1/2 large
    seedless orange, cut into chunks, unpeeled
  • 3 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary leaves
  • 6 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch
    red pepper flakes
  • 8
    pieces chicken, like legs, drumsticks, etc

How to Make Grilled orange-rosemary chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. In blender, combine orange, rosemary, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until cut into small pieces.
  2. Place in lg ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag. Refrigerate/marinate overnight.
  3. Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade, place on grill. Cook, turning often, until cooked through, 20-30 mins.
