Ingredients
- 1/2 large seedless orange, cut into chunks, unpeeled
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 6 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 8 - pieces chicken, like legs, drumsticks, etc
How To Make grilled orange-rosemary chicken

Step 1In blender, combine orange, rosemary, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until cut into small pieces.

Step 2Place in lg ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag. Refrigerate/marinate overnight.

Step 3Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade, place on grill. Cook, turning often, until cooked through, 20-30 mins.
