1/2 large
seedless orange, cut into chunks, unpeeled
3 tsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
fresh rosemary leaves
6 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
each, salt and pepper
1 pinch
red pepper flakes
pieces chicken, like legs, drumsticks, etc

How to Make Grilled orange-rosemary chicken


  • 1In blender, combine orange, rosemary, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until cut into small pieces.
  • 2Place in lg ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag. Refrigerate/marinate overnight.
  • 3Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade, place on grill. Cook, turning often, until cooked through, 20-30 mins.
